Friendliest staff! I always dread making appointments, especially for the dentist, but everyone here is always so kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Chandra for answering my questions a million times and always helping me schedule everything I need. You made the whole process so easy and stress-free for me. WOW! I can’t say enough great things about Grandover Village Dental! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. The entire team made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for every step of the way. Dr. Cox is absolutely AMAZING! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is beautiful, clean, modern, and runs so smoothly—it made the entire visit stress-free. A huge shoutout to Dr. Cox, Christie, Chandra, and Kim! You all went above and beyond with your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I am a new patient at Grandover Village ad my previous dentist was no longer in my provider network. I was hesitant to try a new dentist as I was very satisfied with my previous, However, the staff from the front desk to hygienist, assistant and doctor quickly made me feel comfortable and very satisfied with my care. Their administration for scheduling, forms completion and insurance confirmation was all on-line; very quick and easy to complete from my phone on my timeline. Dr Cox and his staff are great. The facilities were very clean. High tech equipment with personable, knowledgeable, experienced staff. Only drawback was an abundance of text, email and phone reminders. I opted out going forward to resolve. I highly recommend and am happy I had to switch providers. They are even closer to home and parking is easier! 👍🏻👍🏻

Friendly staff! Professional and helpful atmosphere. Sends multiple notifications of your approaching appointment date and time. Always enjoy my experience here. The hygienist named Campolo…(can't remember her last name) is very gentle. Having my teeth cleaned has always been relaxing but with her gentle approach and the dark shades they offer I'm literally falling asleep in the chair.

So far so good. Kay and Dr Cox have been really nice and great with being open about the procedures to be done and the pricing. The ladies up front in reception are all wonderful. You feel a sense of team work and caring when you walk into the dental practice
